The aim of this research is to analyze and evaluate effective digital strategies that will enable Cooprudiseño to enhance its online presence and customer interaction in 2022. This includes building a strong theoretical foundation related to digital strategies, conducting interviews with experts in the field, and recommending specific strategies to strengthen the company's digital presence. Key concepts such as digital strategy, digital marketing, user experience, and e-commerce are highlighted, as they are essential for understanding and addressing the challenges and opportunities that Cooprudiseño faces on its path to digitalization. This research is relevant not only to Cooprudiseño but also to other companies in the business environment of Babahoyo and the textile industry in general. The effective implementation of digital strategies can improve operational efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, and open up new growth opportunities. Ultimately, this study aims to help Cooprudiseño and other companies make the most of the potential of digitalization for sustainable growth and greater competitiveness in the market.
