| Περίληψη: | The main purpose of this study is to design motivational strategies and their impact on class attention in students from the Carlos Alberto Aguirre Avilés UE, La Unión. To achieve this, the following specific objectives are proposed: Diagnose the use of motivational strategies used by the teacher to improve attention in class, establish the relationship between learning and the motivation that students have in the classroom and design a technical guide. motivational strategies to improve student learning. The proposal, with motivational strategies to promote motivation and good attention in classes in the teaching process of the educational institution. The research is situated under a qualitative and quantitative paradigm which is supported by a viable project model. For this, 40 primary education students from the educational institution were selected as a population, the sample was made up of the same 40 students who were part of the object, and in the case of a survey-type sample, the information collected by the application of the data tool was carried out the applications of Excel and SPSS. Interpret and analyze it, and give the corresponding conclusions and research suggestions. Knowing that knowledge is valid, that it defines what it is, is the function it has in current education is an important path, that is why it is important to think about training and the way in which the new generation is carried out, because it will benefit to students, to teachers, to the institution as a whole, including the educational community. |
