The characteristics that motivate the study of this dissertation is the high variation of non-attainment in the goals assigned monthly to the branch, affecting with this situation, the normal development of the same, incurring in the non payment of obligations to employees and suppliers. The decrease in revenues due to the decrease in sales has also prompted the company to not be able to fully comply with the cancellations of the income that would normally be received by in-store advisors, also causing demotivation and lack of commitment to obtaining the goals assigned to each one monthly. |

The decrease in revenues due to the decrease in sales has also prompted the company to not be able to fully comply with the cancellations of the income that would normally be received by in-store advisors, also causing demotivation and lack of commitment to obtaining the goals assigned to each one monthly.El presente estudio se realiza a la empresa COMANDATO, sucursal Babahoyo con referencia a su rentabilidad, y en cuanto al decrecimiento de sus ventas en los últimos periodos, la gestión en la asignación de presupuestos mensuales sin estudios previos, afectando el normal desarrollo y cumplimiento de las metas para que la tienda de Comandato en Babahoyo sea un comercio rentablemente favorable hacia el cumplimiento de los objetivos a corto plazo fijados por los directivos. Las características que motivan el estudio de esta disertación es la alta variación de no consecuciones en las metas asignadas mensualmente a la sucursal, afectando con esta situación, el normal desenvolvimiento de la misma, incurriendo en el no pago de obligaciones a los empleados y proveedores.
