Gaia:Bullying, also known as bullying, emphasizes that it refers to aggressive and repetitive behavior that is carried out with the intention of causing harm, pain or discomfort to another person who is in a position of vulnerability. The main objective of this research work was to analyze how bullying affects the emotional state of sixth grade students of basic general education at the 24 de Mayo Educational Unit. Exploring the different forms of bullying that students experience and their consequences on their emotional health, obtaining a broad vision of the current problems in the educational field, in this way the research approach is a qualitative approach that will allow a deep understanding of the experiences and student perceptions. 60 students who were in the sixth year of basic general education were evaluated using research techniques and instruments that make it possible to acquire essential information and data with the School Harassment and Violence Questionnaire (AVE), Structured Interview with teachers, Direct Observation and the Questionnaire. of interpersonal relationships evaluation (CERI). Thus allowing us to detect the modalities that bullying presents and how it affects the reciprocal interaction that occurs between other people. Obtaining as results of the research that the main effect of bullying is the affectation of the emotional state in students, which can have significant and lasting consequences on the mental health, emotional well-being, interpersonal relationships, academic and work performance of students. affected people.
