The methodology of the case study is structured by the deductive and inductive methods, the types of descriptive and field research, while the technique used is the survey, which has a questionnaire of questions directed at the human talent of "Chasi Market ”, Where the presence of work overload, segregation of inadequate functions and constant turnover of personnel, important weaknesses of the organization, were obtained. |
