Shrnutí:Introduction: The company “TROPIMOTORS S.A” belonging to the Unicomer group of Ecuador, from the city of Babahoyo, is dedicated to the sale of motorcycles and scooters offering a variety of brands such as AKT - Shineray - Tuko - Bajaj - Daytona but at the same time it is looking for satisfy customer demands by generating an environment of socioeconomic well-being Objective: Evaluate the level of sales of the company Tropimotors S.A in the city of Babahoyo. Methodology: The research method used is the descriptive method. This approach allowed us to obtain a more precise and detailed view of the causes that are negatively impacting the company's sales level. Result: the company situation is good, but the correlation of variables led to conclude that weaknesses and threats are slightly greater than those of strengths and opportunities Conclusion: strategies must be proposed to retain and maintain customers, through the personalization of offers, diversify the range of products and services, a set of activities that will allow or help build loyalty of clients, highlighting that understanding clients' needs generates well-being for the businessman and clients.
