When making the appointment of medical appointments we refer to the action of setting aside a place for care on a particular day and time; nowadays this is becoming increasingly efficient thanks to the advancement of technology and its inclusion in health systems, improve the processes of care and quality of services, at the same time this makes the traditional way of having shifts in health centers have modifications. The lack of a web application that facilitates the process of taking turns for medical consultations makes it tedious to receive patients that delays their attention, this could lead to discontent of the people who are going to attend and that the medical center loses these people as their customers. |
