| Ամփոփում: | VIII. SUMMARY The present experimental work was carried out in the grounds of the experimental farm "San Pablo", of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the Technical University of Babahoyo, located at km. 7.5 of the Babahoyo - Montalvo road, with geographical coordinates 110597.97 UTM of South Latitude and 277438.26 UTM of West Longitude. The land is at a height of 7 masl, humid tropical climate, average annual temperature of 25.7 0C, average annual precipitation of 1845 mm and relative humidity of 76%. Capitata variety of purple cabbage seed was used for the development of the experimental work. The proposed objectives were to evaluate the effectiveness of the organic biofertilizer in the cultivation of purple cabbage in the Babahoyo area; identify the optimal dose to improve crop yields and economically analyze treatments. The treatments were conformed by the different doses of "Super Biol mineralized" of 21,0, 25, 2, 29,4, 33,6 42,0 and 58,8 L / ha every eight days, being six applications in the culture and a chemical witness N - K in dose of 80 kg + 80 kg, where potassium was applied at the time of transplant and nitrogen at 20 days after transplant. The experimental design of Complete Blocks at Random was used with seven treatments and three repetitions. All the variables were subjected to variance analysis to determine the statistical difference between the treatments, using the Duncan Multiple Range test at 5% probability. All the necessary agricultural work was carried out in the crop for its normal development, such as seedbed preparation, soil preparation, transplanting, irrigation, phytosanitary control, fertilization, weed control and harvesting. In order to estimate the effects of the treatments, the data on percentage of seedling, plant height, pellet diameter, cabbage weight, yield and economic analysis were taken. For the results obtained in this experimental work it was determined that the percentage of germination obtained an average of 93.4%, considering itself optimal within the ranges of germination of the cultivation of purple cabbage, variety Capitata; the highest plant height 60 days after the transplant and at the time of harvest was obtained with the application of Super Biol mineralized in a dose of 58,8 L / ha; The use of Biol mineralized, in doses of 58,8 L / ha exceeded the averages in terms of diameter, weight of the pellet and yield of the crop and in the economic analysis it was observed that the highest net benefit was reported with the use of biol. mineralized, in a dose of 29,4 L / ha, due to the high cost of the biofertilizer, where the equilibrium point was for the exposed dose, with a gain of $ 1971.2. Keywords: organic biofertilizer, mineralized Biol, purple cabbage. |
