Summary:At present, the distinguishing feature of the organizations, which are the individuals who compose it. Thus, the human element becomes the most valuable asset an organization has. Their individual characteristics are the basis of the current business competitiveness and are mainly composed of the skills of each person or what is known as knowledge, skills and qualities. Therefore the management of human talent competitions, is an approach to strategic management that has as main purpose to maximize the added value of an organization, through efficient management of human talent of ROSADO SA Paseo Shopping Babahoyo, not the exception, so it has been suggested to apply concepts. This degree work, designs and describes performance evaluation phases based on a management model based on human talent and skills as they should be applied. In this work on the theoretical framework developed concepts related to competence, performance, performance evaluation and what are the next steps for the design and implementation of the model not be based, we will also see information on the organizational history of companies Corporation of ROSADO SA, also shows the proposed new performance evaluation model based on competencies and their application in the various subsystems and finally makes an assessment by conclusions and recommendations
