Intervención fisioterapéutica en tendinopatía del manguito rotador en hombro derecho a paciente masculino de 30 años de edad.

The case study focuses on physiotherapy intervention in a 30-year-old male patient presenting with rotator cuff tendinopathy in the right shoulder. Rotator cuff tendinopathy is a common injury in which the tendons surrounding the shoulder joint become inflamed or damaged. The patient sought treatment due to pain, weakness, and functional limitation in the right shoulder. The physiotherapy intervention was carried out over several sessions. A thorough evaluation was performed to determine the severity of the injury and establish a baseline to measure progress. This included testing of strength, range of motion, and pain assessment. A personalized treatment plan was designed to address the patient's specific needs. The primary goal was to reduce pain, improve strength, and restore shoulder functionality. Specific therapeutic exercises were implemented to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles and surrounding muscles. These exercises were performed gradually and adapted according to the patient's tolerance. Modalities such as hot/cold therapy and electrotherapy were used to relieve pain and reduce inflammation in the shoulder.
