Shrnutí:Propose policies and strategies for the improvement of teaching-learning processes in the different educational spaces, both formal and non-formal, at all levels and modalities, either face-to-face or blended with the objective of promoting pedagogical improvement and strengthening of quality of Ecuadorian education in an equitable and inclusive way framed in the National Plan of Good Living; "This is where the innovative vein of Ecuador and Nuestra America is located, and where the possibility of breaking the chain to find our own routes has been opened. Thus, the Plan is one of the most powerful and pedagogical instruments to guide the process along the epistemological and material path of Buen Vivir "(Ceceña, 2017). Following the same cognitive line, the aim is to collaborate with a document of high academic content in which the results of an analysis of technological requirements for the implementation of a repository of pedagogical inputs for the closing of systems of the Faculty of Administration, Finance and Computing (FAFI.) Of the Technical University of Babahoyo (UTB), for this purpose the attributions will be described with the guidelines for the dissemination and use of pedagogical skills and inputs for the constitution of a storage, classification, access, availability mechanism and constant rotation of information.
