Description
Summary:UTIs are one of the pathologies that most affect the female sex due to their anatomical architecture, their clinical picture is diverse since the presentation varies according to the location of the colonization within the urinary tract, complications are rare but the most serious is the damage to the renal parenchyma where unilareral or bilateral renal failure can be reached, in turn it has been shown that 60% of pregnant women suffer from it and 20% are usually asymptomatic, for this reason it is I have chosen to talk about the following clinical case for a correct clinical approach and interpretation of the nursing care process in a 22-year-old patient with +/- 18 gestational weeks. In pregnancy, this clinical picture, if not treated in time and properly, can affect the product directly, resulting in premature delivery, premature rupture of membranes or low birth weight, therefore an adequate and timely treatment in conjunction with the diagnosis. gives us the opportunity to control and cure the condition, while we educate our patients until we achieve the complete replacement of their vital function.
