También se observó una tendencia positiva hacia el uso de chatbots en educación, ya que los estudiantes perciben que este tipo de aplicaciones puede proporcionarles retroalimentación inmediata, enriqueciendo los procesos de aprendizaje por ende, aportar una enseñanza más personalizada y flexible, sin embargo, algunos estudiantes manifiestan experimentar dificultades ocasionalmente al utilizar Google Bard en estudio.
