Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | The main objective of this research work carried out in the parish Rosa Zárate in Quinindé was to determine the influence of intercultural communication on interpersonal relationships in Afro-descendant communication in the aforementioned parish. In addition, it was sought to analyze the importance of intercultural communication in interpersonal relationships, identify the advantages and disadvantages of said communication, to finally propose an intercultural communication plan to improve interpersonal relationships of Afro-descendant communication. The research is made up of both bibliographic, theoretical and referential elements, and a field work in which participant observation was mainly used as a technique to obtain the information required for the development of the project. |
