La comunicación responsable y su influencia en el lenguaje en los habitantes del recinto el limón, cantón el empalme, provincia del guayas, año 2017

The present research project aims to analyze how the responsible communication influences the language in the inhabitants of the area El Limón, canton El Empalme, Provincia Guayas. In order to determine the existing problems and find possible solutions to them. For its execution an empirical and descriptive methodology was proposed, the deductive, inductive and analytical method was used, research techniques such as the interview and the survey were used, through the latter it was possible to extract statistical data with which was able to determine the problem; with respect to the way in which the responsible communication influences or not in the language of the inhabitants of this enclosure. Based on the statistical results obtained, it was possible to investigate a possible solution proposal, which seeks to promote values, make known a part of the Organic Law of Communication and its Regulations and the Integrated Organic Criminal Code, so that the inhabitants of the enclosure El Limón, know that when we use our language, we must do it in a responsible way. Through the values taught, rather than being taught to the inhabitants of this community, they are remembered, under the assumption that these feelings or thoughts are present in their hearts; and that all that is necessary is to let them out, showing respect to the moment of issuing a communiqué or information regarding another person or of any kind. With the quotation of several articles of the communication law and its regulations, it is intended that the residents of the El Limón precinct know that the information broadcast by the media is legally regulated; and that if necessary as users and citizens in case of not agreeing with some content, they can go to the dependencies of the Superintendence of Communication and express their disagreement. With respect to the cited articles of the Criminal Code, it is intended that the inhabitants of the locality subject of this study, can establish differences when transmitting information of any kind or against a person; since to do so they should have a livelihood, otherwise they could get legal problems. The study methods used allowed to establish the relationship between the variables, in order to demonstrate the validity of the hypothesis, it was possible to conclude that the responsible communication emitted by the forms of communication, television, printed media and social networks, have a great influence in the language of the inhabitants of the grounds and that it is necessary to instruct these people so that they can interpret the information received in an improved way; so that at the moment of replication they are aware that no communication can be issued without the respective support, to avoid conflicts between residents of the community.
