The purpose of this clinical case is to implement the correct intervention measures by the nursing staff and to point out the discomfort caused by the patient's pathological condition. Information was obtained since his arrival at the hospital unit about his pathology and how long he has been suffering from it, in order to perform the nursing assessment according to Marjory Gordon's functional patterns and to provide the relevant care according to the patient's needs. After the interventions carried out, improvements in the patient's health have been seen and he is calm and encouraged with the results obtained so far. |

After the interventions carried out, improvements in the patient's health have been seen and he is calm and encouraged with the results obtained so far.El presente caso clínico que se realizó en el Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro, pertenece a paciente de sexo masculino, de 5 años de edad, con diagnóstico de Síndrome Nefrótico, se usa para definir diversos trastornos o enfermedades que ocurren en los riñones, generalmente se basa en un conjunto de pequeños vasos sanguíneos que contienen los riñones, estos pequeños vasos sanguíneos ayudan a filtrar las toxinas y el exceso de agua en la sangre debido a las manifestaciones prominentes de proteinuria en micción (orina). El propósito de este caso clínico es implementar las medidas de intervención correctas por parte del personal de enfermería y señalar las molestias ocasionadas por la condición patológica del paciente. Se obtuvo información desde su llegada a la unidad hospitalaria acerca de su patología y desde cuando la viene acarreando, para poder realizar la valoración de enfermería de acuerdo a los patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon y poder brindar los cuidados pertinentes de acuerdo a las necesidades que requiere el mismo.
