Aplicación Web MMS multiplataforma basado en estándar IEEE 802.11 b/g/n para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Urdaneta Provincia de los Ríos.

The design of this research work is a common level of government institutions the same problems that provide services to citizens, this problem has to do with interdepartmental and interpersonal communication, which is independent of the size of the institution. Currently the GAD Canton Urdaneta, presents the same problems as detailed in the statement of the problem, these problems have been ratified by employees and users of the institution. The proposal presented in this research work to solve this problem is to implement a Web application with features: Multiplatform and Client / Server architecture, which has been developed to improve the process of interpersonal and interdepartmental communication of the institution. The web application that send and receive information in a variety of formats between different departments of the institution. All employees can access from any computer possessing internet service to send or receive information. The technological tools that have servery for the Web application are those who call for free use, among them are: APACHE web server, provider MYSQL database, web programming language PHP and java script. The web application will also allow trades and draft memorandum to then be sent to a recipient. We hope that the proposal presented in this work affects the solution of the problems detected in the Canton GAD Urdaneta and thus raise the corporate image and quality of care for citizens...
