In this sense and according to the problems that were observed thanks to the application of resources such as the survey, it is necessary to mention that disorganization is the main cause that has generated considerable losses, as well as disagreements between the administrative part and the employees in In general, that at certain times they have made the decision to stop the workforce due to the lack of payments to entities specifically such as social security. For this reason, the research objective was raised: to identify the factors that influence the administrative management of the company that mobilizes tropical fruits for the production and marketing of Clementina FRUCOMCLE, through an analysis of the current situation, which allows the development of activities and the control of the processes, that is to say that it helped to determine what is happening and how to respond to such a situation, considering the strengths it has and weaknesses that must be improved. |
