Es por ello que el actual trabajo investigativo tiene como principal objetivo obtener información acerca del ambiente de trabajo en los departamentos del área administrativa, y así realizar un estudio de como este puede afectar al desempeño laboral, teniendo en cuenta que los empleados públicos pueden pasar por circunstancias adversas que pueden influir directamente en su rendimiento laboral o su actitud hacia el trabajo.
