Then he proceeded to intervene therapeutically under the holistic scheme, focused on the work of guidelines of the patient's needs; Narrative and Gestalt approach, where the symptomatology decreased.En el estudio de caso presente se trabajó: “El duelo patológico y su influencia en la conducta social de una señorita de 20 años”, se brindó atención psicológica para que la paciente tenga salud mental, es por esta razón que se aplicó la entrevista, observación e historia clínica, junto con los test psicométricos; el breve inventario del duelo, la escala de ansiedad de Hamilton y el inventario de depresión de Beck, que sirvieron de apoyo para el diagnóstico psicológico: Trastorno de adaptación con ansiedad mixta y estado de ánimo deprimido, ya que daban con los criterios del DSM V y CIE 10.
