The present case study is directed to a patient in a 38-week pregnant state with a symptomatic picture of five days of evolution presenting sporadic dry cough and unquantified thermal rise, saturating 95%, performing the necessary tests for the diagnosis of acute respiratory failure and positive for PCR, SARS-COV2. During this clinical study, the care plan was applied where each phase of the same was detailed, starting with the evaluation, planning the activities that prioritize the needs of the patient and thus evaluating the appropriate treatment, the patient evolves in a positive way, was discharged in conditions stable and with weekly medical visits. |
