Proceso de atención de enfermería en gestante de 38 semanas de gestación con Covid 19

The disease known as Covid 19 or coronavirus that is with greater presence in the course of 2019 to the present that descends from an extensive family of viruses that cause symptoms in the respiratory tract and affecting some organs, its contagion began in the city of Wuhan, Hubei and China ended the year 2019, in the first months of 2020 it began to affect nearby countries, becoming a pandemic, so its transmission reached all countries in the world, the most affected being older adults, pregnant women and people with diseases. catastrophic. The present case study is directed to a patient in a 38-week pregnant state with a symptomatic picture of five days of evolution presenting sporadic dry cough and unquantified thermal rise, saturating 95%, performing the necessary tests for the diagnosis of acute respiratory failure and positive for PCR, SARS-COV2. During this clinical study, the care plan was applied where each phase of the same was detailed, starting with the evaluation, planning the activities that prioritize the needs of the patient and thus evaluating the appropriate treatment, the patient evolves in a positive way, was discharged in conditions stable and with weekly medical visits.
