The present clinical case is about an 81-year-old elderly female patient who is admitted to the health center with various symptoms such as dyspnea, cough, expectoration and thermal rise with suspicion of pneumonia for the days in which the patient has been in this state. The system review of the patient shows that the respiratory (dyspnea + cough + expectoration), digestive (diarrhea) and cardio vascular parts are abnormal (tachycardia); while the genital and urinary area are normal. |
