| Summary: | The present research work entitled. INFLUENCE OF THE TEACHER AGAINST THE SCARCE OF ETHICAL AND MORAL VALUES IN THE TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESSES. The importance of this study: It is to highlight the absent values, for the awareness and work values that should favor the school environment and even more in the field of education. The training provided to the education professional must start from the surrounding reality and respond to the needs that these imply. Education is the source of ethical values where great virtues are learned. Its importance is that men achieve their own self-determination as a person. For this reason, this research topic focuses on the possible causes of the lack of value on the part of the students of the basic education school Armando Pareja Coronel, under the contribution of a theoretical framework that emerges from the process of reflection and theoretical conceptual elaboration, from statistical analysis, from the experiences and participation of both teachers and parents in determining the lack of ethical and moral values and possible solutions to the phenomenon. The moral values must be considered as a learning that enhances the future of the human being taking into account the crisis of values in which we are living today, it is necessary to take leadership to guide children and families, on the importance of training in values and thus be able to develop reciprocal affective capacities that will help to improve interpersonal relationships and gradually acquire elementary patterns of coexistence, which will exercise those involved to seek peaceful solutions to conflicts. For all these reasons described above, teachers must take advantage of the first years of life, since that is where the first ethical and moral principles are acquired. |
