Ychwanegu Tag | Crynodeb: | The present case study has the purpose of investigating if the generalized anxiety disorder influences a patient generating automatic thoughts, all this was done with the implementation of cognitive behavioral techniques which will help us to identify if said disorder affects the patient during the pandemic caused by (SARS-CoV2 -COVID 19), in such a way the present work was carried out through an investigative methodology that contemplates the use of scientific theoretical concepts of the different authors in relation to the variables: such as: anxiety disorder generalized and automatic thoughts which are presented throughout this case study, in addition a therapeutic plan was implemented which consists of the cognitive restructuring techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy which were very important to achieve our objective to that the patient can overcome his problem. |
