| Shrnutí: | In the present bibliographic work, the information obtained was paraphrased, summarized and analyzed in order to obtain relevant information on the organic insecticide from seeds of the Neem tree (A. indica A) for the control of sucking insects in the red dragon fruit (H Through the analysis of the results, the following conclusions are made: Through the analysis of the results, the following conclusions are made: Pitahaya cultivation products can count on Neem seed extract as another natural insecticide to counteract the problems they have. in its cultivation due to the damage caused by sucking insects. Based on the study carried out in this research work, it has been possible to detect with several authors that Neem seeds serve as raw material for the preparation of several biological insecticides for the control of. Sucking insects in pitahaya cultivation. The oil extracted from the seeds of the neem tree (A. indica), is an insecticidal substance that acts by contact, ingestion or inhibition of the growth of sucking insects, ultimately depending on the dose applied and its persistence in the atmosphere. The application of bioinsecticides based on neem oil in the cultivation of pitahaya has an effectiveness on sucking insects of 23 to 50%, inhibiting their feeding and growth process. Neem-based bioinsecticides represent one of the safest and most economical alternatives to conventional pesticides, due to their biodegradable components such as azadirachtin. |
