Summary:In this case study the topic of sexuality in a married couple with Down syndrome was addressed, the necessary information was collected to verify the stipulated objective, using techniques such as the interview and psychometric tests such as the Life Satisfaction Scale, Golombok-Rust Sexual Satisfaction Inventory, KidsLife-Down Scale, etc. The results obtained were that there was little information regarding sexuality in a couple with Down syndrome and their family: Evaluation of the quality of life of children and adolescents with Down syndrome, which were performed on a couple with Down syndrome and their family, the results obtained were that they had little information regarding sexuality in couples and based on this, the necessary suggestions were given.
