Surveys were carried out on teachers, parents and the campus director in which the importance of interculturality at the education level is demonstratedEl presente estudio de caso se evidencia en unidad educativa Juan E Verdesoto de la ciudad de Babahoyo, en la adaptación de los niños de diferentes regiones, países que emigran a nuestra ciudad y niños con dificultades físicas, o trastornos que aprenden a diferentes ritmos en su desarrollo cognitivo guiado por el docente que de forma dinámica, buscando estrategias para incluir a los demás y puedan compartir en el aula, para que los niños no sean discriminados por sus compañeros. Es importante que el docente se actualice en los conocimiento, se capacite o a su vez investigue en los casos de niños que ingrese en el aula, para lo cual el currículo de educación inicial del ministerio de educación, en el ámbito de convivencia nos indica actividades de participar juegos grupales siguiendo las reglas y asumiendo roles que le permitan mantener un ambiente armónico con sus pares y el ámbito relaciones con el medio natural y cultural. Identificar prácticas socioculturales de su localidad demostrando curiosidad ante sus tradiciones. Esto hace referencia que la docente debe trabajar de forma creativa con los niños a la integración de la interculturalidad fomentando el respeto a los demás.
