Así como identificar las estrategias de enseñanza aplicadas en tutorías virtuales por los docentes y determinar el manejo de las tutorías virtuales para la efectividad del aprendizaje estudiantil mediante la aplicación de instrumento en las encuestas en la presente investigación a los estudiantes y docentes.
