Résumé:Asymmetric intrauterine growth restriction Intrauterine growth restriction is a very significant factor causing perinatal morbidity and mortality. Restriction of intrauterine growth, causal that affects the fetal growth is later and the weight factor is affected eminently, since they are made in greater symmetry than the measure; because the latter has an earlier growth rate; and the weight does it fundamentally towards the term. Rest preferably in left lateral decubitus, administration of betamimetics in order to achieve rest of the uterine musculature. Both measures improve the maternal supply of nutrients to the placenta. The assessment of the amount of L.A. is critical in intrauterine growth restriction. Its diminution tells us of a decrease in fetal flow due to fetal blood redistribution due to hypoxia. The treatment for intrauterine growth restriction remains insecure
