Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The information and communication technology have shown great advances and generated important changes in the organizations within which the information that is handled in them is managed and therefore the respective security must be provided to avoid possible losses, and avoid putting the integrity of organizations. The Parish Board of San Juan de Puebloviejo has a LAN Network (Local Area Network for its acronym in English), in which the information handled by the institution travels. Taking into account that security is currently exposed to many risks that can affect the computer networks of organizations, in most cases the financial resources available to them are not sufficient to be able to protect information adequately, so it must be identified the possible vulnerabilities that can occur to control them, so a risk analysis must be done in advance. The objective of this case study is an analysis of the network infrastructure of the Parish Council of San Juan de Puebloviejo, to identify the possible risks that could occur and recommend the measures to be taken to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the information. |
