Se describen los problemas de la ruta del rio establecida, en donde se hace énfasis en los antecedentes de la investigación. Para el proceso de información se utilizaron fuentes primarias y secundarias para ser referenciadas. En adición, se acudió a la técnica de observación, con el fin de evaluar el desenvolvimiento de los prestadores de servicio que forman parte del lugar en estudio.
