Riassunto:In this research, the phenomenon of interest is the family from the practices of crianzas, which refers to the attitudes or behaviors that parents use when educating their children to transmit values and affection and how they affect life daily of children. Therefore, the following general objective is to determine how the practice of parental permissive parenting influences the development of the defiant negativist disorder in students aged 9 to 11 years of the Isabel la Cattolica Educational Unit of the City of Babahoyo. The instruments used have been the Parental Crianzas Practices Questionnaire (PCRI-M) of Roa and Sánchez Spanish version and the ESPERI Self report for children aged 9 to 11 years of Caparella and collaborators. It was concluded that yes, there is a significant relationship between the practice of parental permissive parenting; not knowing how to establish the parent’s clear rules and limits, when to discipline the children it is or are ineffective and the defiant negativist disorder.
