Provincial Hospital Martin Icaza Babahoyo, the project will allow us to know the incidence of this pathology, it has been demonstrated that there is a large number of pregnant teenagers with this pathology. The modality of the research is longitudinal, the type of research is non-experimental that aims to identify the causes of hypertension in pregnant adolescents, field research will allow us to identify the main risk factors that predispose hypertension in adolescents attended at the Provincial Hospital Martin Icaza Babahoyo, Province Los Rios. second semester 2017, in order to obtain real and reliable data. In the research the inductive method will be used, the survey technique will be applied to adolescent patients with hypertension which will help us obtain genuine data from patients in order to know the reality. To collect the information, a structured questionnaire is used based on the variables that are to be measured. Through this research work it is concluded that hypertension is diagnosed in the second trimester of pregnancy in adolescents. It is determined that one of the main risk factors is that the adolescents underwent less than five prenatal checkups during pregnancy, their ignorance about the risks that may occur in pregnancy, another risk factor that influences is their socioeconomic status. which they do not go to the health centers to carry out their controls. With the guide of review of clinical history it was observed that the characteristics of arterial hypertension are edema in the lower limbs, headache and fatigue being the main manifestations that presented the pregnant adolescents. |
