| Yhteenveto: | Cattle raising is one of the most important livestock activities in the country, this research has the purpose of knowing the process of developing hydroponic crops with the purpose of feeding cattle and thus improve production or increase it to achieve greater weight gain. hydroponic forages are considered an excellent option to complement the feeding of ruminants, the purpose of this system is to offer cattle an excellent quality feed, low cost and at any time of the year, especially the seasons where there are droughts. The production of hydroponic green fodder is capable of producing foods with a high content of minerals such as; iron, calcium and phosphorus; Vitamins A and E; small amounts of lignin and cellulose. Hydroponic green fodder production is more efficient than conventional fodder production: in conventional fodder one hectare (10,000 m2) annually produces around 180,000 kg. While hydroponic fodder, an infrastructure of 60 m2 with tray modules is capable of producing 175,200 kg per year. |
