Calidad administrativa pública y su aporte a la gestión laboral de las secretarias en el departamento de planificación del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Baba

The present investigative report has as its name the administrative professional quality and its contribution to the labor-management of the secretaries. For which it was possible to observe the skills and deficiencies that the secretaries present in their daily activities concerning the orders and needs of the Planning Department of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Baba town, a scenario where the present investigation is carried out; as a general objective, "to determine the public administrative quality and its contribution to the labor-management of the secretaries in the planning department of the decentralized autonomous government of Baba town". The methodological resources for the collection of the information were descriptive and the methodology applied was the deductive method, which allowed the confrontation of the different theories that were selected and validated to describe the variables and structure the theoretical support. A population of 30 people involved in the problem was also considered. For this purpose, the following technique was applied, which was an online survey for which the questionnaire consisted of 10 questions that were the instruments used to obtain the information required for the research, through the results obtained it was possible to analyze the answers given by the users, having as a conclusion that the problem raised is evident in the development of this document.
