Modificaciones Presupuestarias en la Información Financiera de MIDUVI Babahoyo

The Ministry of Urban Development and Housing - Los Ríos is a public sector company that provides services to the community, in order to enforce the right of habitat, and represents the place where the present case was developed, with the theme BUDGET MODIFICATIONS IN THE FINANCIAL INFORMATION OF MIDUVI BABAHOYO, framed in the research sub-line Financial Management and Social Commitment. These reforms are carried out in a budget item of the company, especially when it does not have sufficient resources, and needs to make some increase or decrease, or there is an error in the budget items. In order to carry out this topic, it focused mainly on the entity's budget, where expenditures are estimated, but revenues are not projected because the institution does not generate them. As the fiscal period arises, requirements are presented in certain budget items, which is why the following study is developed in order to know the setbacks that are presented at the time of rejection of the budget changes, to know the procedures necessary for their approvals and as it affects in the financial information of the entity.
