In order to carry out this topic, it focused mainly on the entity's budget, where expenditures are estimated, but revenues are not projected because the institution does not generate them. As the fiscal period arises, requirements are presented in certain budget items, which is why the following study is developed in order to know the setbacks that are presented at the time of rejection of the budget changes, to know the procedures necessary for their approvals and as it affects in the financial information of the entity. |
