HERRAMIENTAS OFIMÁTICAS Y SU IMPACTO EN EL DESEMPEÑO LABORAL DE LOS GRADUADOS DE LA UNIVERSIDAD TECNICA DE BABAHOYO EN EL PERIODO OCTUBRE 2023- MARZO 2024

The objective of the research work is to determine the impact of office tools on the work performance of graduates of the Technical University of Babahoyo during the period between October 2023 and March 2024, which is born from understanding the impact of the tools office automation in the work performance of graduates of the Technical University of Babahoyo, this includes examining how learning office tools affects the work outcomes of graduates and how these skills can be integrated more effectively. The estimated sample for the development of this project is 149 graduate students from the different faculties. The type of research was descriptive, with a mixed approach and a non-experimental research design. For this project, the survey technique was carried out in which a 10-question questionnaire was developed. With the data obtained, it was concluded that the office tools had a significant impact on the work performance of the graduate students of the Technical University of Babahoyo. It should also be noted that the mastery and use of the office tools allows us to communicate , saving time and improving productivity, achieving a great positive impact within the work environment. It is important to detail that the incorporation of office tools in graduate students is not only due to technical skills, but also to accept that there are a variety of demanding roles in the workplace.
