Ամփոփում:This clinical case details the exhaustive evaluation of the patient, including his medical history, lifestyle habits, and the results of physical and radiological examinations that confirmed the presence of the clavicle fracture. Additionally, the specific complaints and functional limitations that the patient experiences as a result of this injury are described. This includes a bulge on the right anterosuperior surface of the chest at the level. The focus on “Physiotherapeutic Intervention in the Male Patient with Right Clavicle Fracture” is based on a profound need to address the complexities and challenges that clavicle fracture poses to patients. Although this bone injury is considered relatively common, its impact should not be underestimated due to its critical anatomical location and its direct influence on the functionality of the shoulder and arm. In the preparation of this clinical case, it was based on the lines of research of the physiotherapy course of the Faculty of Health Sciences regarding the topic "Physiotherapeutic intervention in a 22-year-old male patient with fracture of the right clavicle." In this case, we have observed a positive evolution in the recovery of a 22-year-old male patient with a right clavicle fracture. The results indicate that a comprehensive physical therapy treatment approach has been effective in addressing the challenges associated with this injury. Throughout the study, rigorous documentation of patient progression was carried out. This included regular measurements of shoulder mobility, pain intensity and quality of life. Detailed records demonstrated that the physiotherapy intervention resulted in significant improvements in all of these aspects over time. This strong documentation supports the effectiveness of the treatment in this patient population. Implementation of a personalized and consistently supervised therapeutic exercise plan resulted in concrete improvements in shoulder mobility and strength in the patient with right clavicle fracture.
