Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The Fournier gangrene can be defined as an aerobic and anaerobic polymicrobial necrotizing fasciitis of the genital region, which affects from newborns to the elderly, almost always patients with gangrene of Fournier present disease Underlying systemic, of which the most frequent are: diabetes and chronic alcoholism. The objective of the clinical case is to apply the process of nursing care to the adult patient with diagnosis gangrene of Fournier, hospitalized in the general surgery area of the General Hospital IESS de Quevedo, which was fulfilled in full. Thanks to this case we could conclude that the nursing care process is fundamental to be able to provide quality care to the patient, in order to reduce a long hospital stadium for this pathology, improving its sanitary conditions and an improvement Considerable of the clinical manifestations, through a high degree of interactions and participation of the patient, being the most relevant the medical treatment and the interventions of nursing carried out, are key pieces for their early recovery. In developing the nursing care process, we were able to know and adapt to the realization of this necessary and timely tool, which serves us in our future working life as a graduate in nursing. |
