| description | The Fournier gangrene can be defined as an aerobic and anaerobic polymicrobial necrotizing fasciitis of the genital region, which affects from newborns to the elderly, almost always patients with gangrene of Fournier present disease Underlying systemic, of which the most frequent are: diabetes and chronic alcoholism. The objective of the clinical case is to apply the process of nursing care to the adult patient with diagnosis gangrene of Fournier, hospitalized in the general surgery area of the General Hospital IESS de Quevedo, which was fulfilled in full. Thanks to this case we could conclude that the nursing care process is fundamental to be able to provide quality care to the patient, in order to reduce a long hospital stadium for this pathology, improving its sanitary conditions and an improvement Considerable of the clinical manifestations, through a high degree of interactions and participation of the patient, being the most relevant the medical treatment and the interventions of nursing carried out, are key pieces for their early recovery. In developing the nursing care process, we were able to know and adapt to the realization of this necessary and timely tool, which serves us in our future working life as a graduate in nursing. |

In developing the nursing care process, we were able to know and adapt to the realization of this necessary and timely tool, which serves us in our future working life as a graduate in nursing.La Gangrena de Fournier se puede definir como una fascitis necrotizante polimicrobiana aeróbicos y anaeróbicos de la región genital, que afecta desde los recién nacidos hasta los ancianos, Casi siempre los pacientes con Gangrena de Fournier presentan enfermedad sistémica subyacente, de las cuales las más frecuentes son: diabetes y alcoholismo crónico. El objetivo del caso clínico es aplicar el proceso de atención de Enfermería al paciente adulto con diagnostico Gangrena de Fournier, hospitalizado en el área de cirugía general del hospital general IESS de Quevedo, el cual se cumplió a cabalidad. Gracias a este caso pudimos concluir que el proceso de atención de enfermería es fundamental para poder brindar una atención de calidad al paciente, para así reducir un largo estadio hospitalario por esta patología, logrando mejorar su condiciones sanitarias y una mejora considerable de las manifestaciones clínicas, a través de un elevado grado de interacciones y participación del paciente, siendo lo más relevantes el tratamiento médico y las intervenciones de enfermería efectuados, son piezas clave para su pronta recuperación. Al elaborar el proceso de atención de enfermería, pudimos conocer y adaptarnos a la realización de esta herramienta necesaria y oportuna, que nos sirve en nuestra vida laboral futura como licenciada en enfermería.Babahoyo :UTB, 2019Guamán Arias, .
