Gaia:The present investigation was carried out in the land of the Experimental Farm "San Pablo" of the Ability of Agricultural Sciences of the Technical University of Babahoyo, located in the km 7,5 of the road Babahoyo-Montalvo, with coordinated geographical 790 32' of longitude West and 010 49' of South latitude and an altitude of 8,0 msnm. To carry out the rehearsal organic waste of vegetable origin of the rural areas they were used as fuzzes of rice, corn, soya, taken place after the crops of the cultivations of short cycles; and I eat mineral source it was managed the waste of animal origin as bovines that is the organic remainder that more he/she originates in the rural area. The treatments were constituted by the different doses of Efficient Microorganisms (EM) obtained in a handmade way, for the decomposition of the M.O. and Methods of Compostaje anaerobes, such as Indore in grave; Bangalore; Pfeiffer in grave; Pain in fosa en dose of 0,8 L/ha each one and Bocashi, dose of 2,0 L/ha. the design experimental complete blocks was used at random, with five treatments and three repetitions, using the test from Duncan to 5% of probabilities. Once defined the place for the investigation was carried out the such activities as floor analysis, preparation of the floor, gathering of the organic waste, construction of graves, placement of the organic waste, incorporation of activators of decomposition, removal of the graves, watering, control of decomposition, sampling and gathering and pesaje. To evaluate the effects of the treatments, it was evaluated organic matter, nitrogen, match, potassium and carbon, time of decomposition, conversion percentage, compost yield and economic analysis.
