El presente trabajo final para la obtención del título de Ingeniería en Contabilidad y Auditoría de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, bajo el nombre de estudio de caso, denominado como: “CONTROL DE BIENES Y SU INFLUENCIA EN LA EFICIENCIA Y EFECTIVIDAD DEL MANEJO DE MATERIALES EN LA OFICINA TECNICA Y DE PRESTACION DE SERVICIOS LOS RIOS DEL MINISTERIO DE DESARROLLO URBANO Y VIVIENDA”, tiene el propósito de hacer una observación critica a los procesos de control de los bienes y como estos afectan a la efectividad y eficiencia de la institución.
