Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | A chronically malnourished child is malnourished because they have not had enough nutrients to contribute to the proper development of the child from 0 to 3 years of age. Thus, the lack of healthy food, good home care and diseases are also factors that are detrimental to health. Likewise, we have social determinants such as poverty, economy, inequality and education, which are also one of the basic causes in the degree of chronic malnutrition. Since this is a problem that must be prevented, research was considered about the cases of chronic child malnutrition in CNH children of the "Angel Face 1" Care Unit located in the San José Precinct of the Vinces canton of the Province of Los Ríos, in order to try to guide families, reducing this type of health problems. This research was applied to boys and girls of the CNH, who were weighed and measured to determine their nutritional status. In this way, a survey was made to the family educator and mothers to determine the possible factors that cause malnutrition in children. For this purpose, an analysis of results was carried out to verify the percentage of children who present problems of chronic malnutrition, through the use of tabulations and graphs elaborated in Excel. |
