Gestión administración en la ferretería Gaibor del sector la ventura – Babahoyo.

The present case study has as its theme the Administrative Management in the Gaibor Hardware Store of the La Ventura sector of the city of Babahoyo, with the aim of analyzing the administrative management of the micro enterprise, the sub-line of research related to the research work corresponds to Companies and public and private institutions of the Commerce career. The commercial house shows inconveniences in its administrative processes and ignorance in the administrative area, therefore, the technique of the interview and the survey was used; in addition to the analytical-synthetic method, obtaining information in documents related to the subject. Strategic planning is abandoned, despite having mission, objectives and goals, they are not being socialized, the vision is outdated for two years, in the same way it happens with the manual of functions, which defines the roles that must be carried out in each area; there is no hierarchical structure that establishes an order. The registration of the entries of the products is done manually, as well as the registration of sales, despite having a computer in the administrative area; also, of the little communication with the suppliers. The communication channel to give information to customers is the traditional one, promotion is carried out through posters in the commercial house; at one time it ventured into digital media, but no result was obtained. In addition, the instruction given to the collaborators did not come from the microenterprise, but from the suppliers. In short, having an appropriate administrative management would bring internal benefits in the structure of the Gaibor hardware store, and a good disposition on the part of its collaborators would demonstrate an effectiveness to its tasks.
