| Riassunto: | The present case study was carried out in the company Constructora NOMUR S.A. or "NOMURSA". This company was created in 2006. Its main activity is the promotion and execution of civil construction and electrification works. During the realization of the case, initially a preliminary analysis of the company was made using Exploratory research techniques, under the subline of investigation of the Accounting information management, applying tools such as interviews and observation, in the end the calculation of ratios was carried out. the most important items of the financial statements presented at the end of the year 2016, since the years 2015 and 2017, information has not yet been presented to the Superintendency of the Company. The records were collected and evaluated by cross-checking information, verifying the arithmetic calculations, physical and electronic files provided by the accounting department; thus determining the results that allowed to measure the problem and deficiencies in the operations, among which can be mentioned: Lack of control in the fixed assets, problems of external financing, the profitability ranges are not met according to the industrial average. It was also observed that the operations and records executed by the accounting and administrative department reflect unreliable and not timely financial statements in order to measure the financial situation of the company. |
