to be studied corresponds to the accounting and financial documents of Finca San The execution of the investigative work that has as theme: "Variation of the Financial Income and its incidence in the Profitability of the San Pedro Farm of Sotico Vera Sánchez periods 2021 and 2022 Isla de Bejucal ", was carried out identifying the factors that have caused the instability of financial income. The objective of the Curricular Integration Project is to determine the incidence of the variation of the Financial Income in the profitability of the San Pedro Farm. The importance of this research is based on the recognition of the phenomena that cause alterations in the economic retributions obtained by the farm when carrying out its ordinary activities in the periods 2021 - 2022. The research methodology chosen for the study was exploratory and descriptive with a mixed research approach and follows a deductive process, the population Pedro, for this reason, the sample will be obtained through non-probabilistic sampling, the techniques used as a means for the collection of information were direct observation and interviews. The independent variable of the study corresponds to financial income and the dependent variable to profitability. The results will be obtained through the Linear Trend Analysis and the correlation of the study variables will be measured by means of Pearson's coefficient. It was concluded that the variation of financial income has a negative influence on the profitability of Finca San Pedro, therefore it is advisable to maintain purchase and sale contracts.
