Because the epidemic disease is a new no specifict treatment for treat disease, nevertheless, the boom of clinical trials, have as a purpose invest the best therapy. In the present, describe the evolution the a male patient, young infant in critical counditions with pneumonia for sars-CoV-2 with PCR for positive covid-19, need invasive mechanical ventilation, applied nursing care process.
