Among its most important services are the hired of machinery and equipment and the construction of big infrastructures and highways. The perfect development of its activities depends on the good condition of its equipments and machinery. In order to keep the good condition, the company constantly supplies its spares warehouse, in order to correctly accomplish all the necessary maintenance. Since the day that Frontesa increases its activities, it was necessary to acquired more big heavy equipment to get better contracts and achieve the goals. As the number of equipment increase, it was necessary to also increase the number of stares supplies, unfortunately, the company doesn´t have a procedure to control its inventory, which has directly affected the levels of stock that the company needs to perform its activities and to keep machinery ready to work… |
